The hotel is conveniently located, just 200m away from the nearest small Robinson mall, and in an accessible area behind Chong Hua Hospital where taxis are readily available. the rooms and bathrooms are new, clean, and fresh. There is a restaurant next door where guests can have breakfast, and the hotel also offers room service.
The staff needs training on customer service. Some receptionists were snotty and lacked professionalism.

Great price for the city center location and the comfortable stay. Hotel was equipped with Wi-Fi and an air conditioning unit. Found daily housecleaning especially helpful.
Found the room to be smaller than expected. the bathroom was too cramped and had poor ventilation.
